The City of Vancouver and its partners manage a parking and transportation system that helps us get where we need to go. The City is studying how to best manage downtown parking and promote improved mobility.

Disability Community Small-Group Conversation

To better understand the needs of community members who have a disability, the project team will hold an online small-group conversation from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 17. The meeting will be held on Zoom.

This meeting has been intentionally designed to support accessibility. The meeting will include:

  • ASL interpreting
  • All materials available in alternative formats (accessible digital files to be shared with participants after the meeting. Please let us know if you have other needs)

Downtown Stakeholders Forum

The project team will also join the Downtown Stakeholders Forum for a hybrid conversation from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on June 18. The meeting will be held in person, at City Hall, 415 W. 6th Street, and online via Zoom.

The forum is a chance for anyone with a connection to downtown Vancouver to collaborate with residents, business owners and the City on community-driven projects to enhance downtown.

This meeting has been intentionally designed to support accessibility. The meeting will include:

  • Accessible parking and restrooms
  • An FM system
  • Ergonomic seating with lumbar support available upon request
  • All materials available in alternative formats (accessible digital files to be shared with participants after the meeting. Please let us know if you have other needs)
