To better understand the needs of community members who have a disability, the project team held a 90-minute online small-group conversation in July. These important comments are summarized in the Existing Conditions Report on page 73, and a detailed list of remarks prepared by City ADA Coordinator Jen Dugger Spalding can be found on pages 99-191. Downtown Stakeholders

The project team joined the regularly scheduled Downtown Stakeholders Forum for an hour-long hybrid conversation in July. The meeting included over 35 participants and used comment platform called Mentimeter to collect information from everyone on every question and simultaneously share the collective results with all those present. Downtown Stakeholders’ responses are tabulated on a Mentimeter diagram of the Existing Conditions Report on page 74.
