Short-Term Rental Community Survey

The purpose of this survey is to understand Vancouver community members’ opinions about short-term rentals. A short-term rental is when you rent your entire home, a room within your home, a separate guesthouse or Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) to individuals for less than 30 days. This includes rentals available on sites like Airbnb and VRBO. 

Your input will help the City better understand the community’s thoughts, feelings and perceptions around this topic. Survey responses will also be used by members of the Vancouver City Council, as they consider possible changes to short-term rental regulations.
